Once you are on the island, it is cheap enough to travel around, the islands best beaches are reachable by public bus, with the disco-bus running throughout the night all summer long. When you want to jump in a taxi, keep your eyes out for one with a green light, this means they're available and also legal. (Please note a legal taxi cannot hold more then 4 passengers at once.) It's always best to book an airport transfer as it works out cheaper, and you'll most likely be with fellow Together Week members.
Touch down at Eivissa airport and you can either jump on a public bus, transfer or taxi to every key resort on the island. Cheaper alcohol and cigarettes are available in Ibiza, but remember that on your return journey you are limited to 10 litres of spirits and 1kg of tobacco.

Together provide the most inclusive Working Packages on the planet - helping you get everything you need to get set up on the Island. Here's Everything that's included in your package.
An introductory party week including:
One of the best things about coming out to Ibiza at the start of the season is in the infamous Opening Parties! When you come out with Together, you get massively discounted access to these events and they are some of the best of the season. You will be able to get these as an upgrade once you've booked your workers' package.
The package starts on the 14th May 2015 with most interviews starting at the end of the first week. The most coveted entry-level positions on the island will naturally be snatched up quickly, as many of the recruitment days take place in middle-to-late May. Because of this, we prefer everyone to arrive on the same date, although if you cannot make it, get in touch and we might be able to arrange something.
Working in Ibiza is more than just a job - it's the chance to meet thousands of like-minded people and experience the White Isle together. While most of our guests come by themselves - we also accommodate those who want to travel and live with friends from home. If you're coming solo, we'll ask you to fill in a quick questionnaire before the trip so we can room you with like-minded people. With back-to-back bar-crawls, boat-parties and socials from the moment you land, by the end of Week 1 you'll all feel like family anyway :)
Through the Together Working Holiday package, we offer a variety of affordable accommodation across the island for our workers. San Antonio is the obvious choice as it has a bigger workers' community. If you've been to University, it's a little like living in halls - you're surrounded by people in the same position as you and there's always a house party going on somewhere. However, Playa D'en Bossa has a fair amount of bars and clubs to boast including the likes of Sankeys, Ushuaia and Space, so don't rule it out completely. Both areas are notorious hubs for workers and teeming with parties day and night, easily accessible through public transport.
Becoming an Ibiza Worker for the season is the best job in the world, but you'll need to live by work hard party hard mantra. Unfortunately no company can guarantee you a job and anyone who claims otherwise is lying. If you show up to a job hungover, tired, poorly presented and unwilling to work you won't keep a job nor will anyone want to hire you again.
A lot of companies take everyone on promising that they'll have a job for the summer however the reality is much different, with guaranteed jobs mainly consisting of poorly paid "commission only" sales roles, which are lost when you don't hit targets.
Together operate differently - we work with some of the best employers on the island and our we application process ensures that we only admit people who we genuinely think can get a good job on the island. This is good for us, good for employers and good for you as it'll mean you'll be sharing the experience with like-minded people.
You'll still need to make sure you're well presented, enthusiastic and bring bags of energy - but we'll help you with interview, cv and job prep so that when you go to the guaranteed interviews, trial shifts and recruitment sessions we've set up, you'll find it a breeze.
Yes - unlike other working companies we don't tie you into an accommodation contract, but give you the flexibility to move after the 2-4 week package. Once you're settled with a job and have found your Ibiza Crew you'll no doubt want to move in together for the remainder of the season, and our package gives you the opportunity to do that :) At the end of each package we'll have an accommodation clinic, where our reps and estate agents will walk you through various options and help you find the dream pad - if there's 14 of you and you can get a cheap villa with a pool - why not eh?
Once you make it to Ibiza our Together Host Team will be there to help you through the process. A mixture of interviews, trial shifts and recruitment days will already be set up and in almost every case, we can link you with the right person for any given position. We've placed people at a variety of jobs in the past but the most common roles are listed here:
Below are a few examples of other skilled jobs that are available. However, unless you are experienced or qualified, we recommend focusing on the aforementioned jobs. If you're set on one of the roles listed below or another, we will still be able to set you up with interviews on the island.
We will still be able to set you up with these interviews on the island. If you have any role preferences, let us know in advance so our pre-Ibiza support team can make a note on your booking and make your life easier.
Interviews are nerve-racking stuff and even the most confident people can end up red-faced. Unlike other companies we provide pre-interview prep and cv clinics to make sure you're ready for anything you throw at you as we already know most of the questions they'll ask ;) We just ask that you don't show up hungover and that you pack all the enthusiasm and personality you showed us in your application.
Each year, we employ Ibiza's most seasoned workers to head up the Together Host Team. They'll be there from the moment you arrive to answer any questions and give you the best Ibiza insider knowledge. Want to go cliff jumping? They'll tell you where. Lost your card and need to get a money transfer? They'll tell you how.
We also have a 24/7 operations team based directly on the island to ensure that everything runs smoothly and help in the event of emergency. It's nice to know that once you're on the island we've got your back! 14 days before your trip you'll get a full itinerary including contact numbers for your reps and the Together Ibiza in-resort office. Make sure to note these down so you have them on hand.
Flights are NOT included. We suggest you look at skyscanner.net and also look directly on different airlines websites where the price can often be even cheaper. Look at the likes of EasyJet, Ryanair and Monarch who all have direct flights to Ibiza. We suggest buying a one-way ticket if you can, as you'll be working the full season and your return plans might change. You can always book a return in Ibiza.
If you're an EU citizen, you're good to go. If you're coming from a Non-EU Country, we suggest you consult your local Spanish Embassy before booking onto this package. Although many foreigners can work in Spain without a VISA for up to 90 Days, it's always best to be sure.
