2017 season: What we can expect from Zante
May
The summer season has officially started. May tends to be a quieter month in Zante, but if you’re thinking about a working holiday in Zante this is the time to go.
Revellers from all over travel to the beautiful Greek island, otherwise known as Zakynthos, to meet other likeminded people before scoring jobs and embarking on their working season in Zante.
Temperatures range from 19-23 degrees.
June
A popular month for young party-goers, expect extravagant opening parties at the beginning of the month, and parties to be in full swing of things by the end of the month.
June is especially popular as flight prices tend to be cheaper than July and August – this is due to summer holiday timings. What a perfect time to celebrate the end of studying!
And whilst June isn’t as busy as July or August, the parties certainly aren’t any less energetic than other months, plus many others’ will have the same idea when it comes to saving a few buck.
Temperatures range from 23-28 degrees.
July
In July temperatures begin to rise and the island become much busier, especially towards the end of the month when summer holidays commence- many students are breaking up from uni, or finishing A-levels and so celebrating is in order and the peak season begins.
It is useful to note here that if travelling in July, flight prices can be more expensive than previous months due to high demand.
Temperatures can reach 30 degrees so make sure you pack your sun cream, and get to the beach early!
August
August, the busiest and warmest month of the party season, has some of the craziest parties to offer – expect to see spectacular festivities, your favorite DJs, and a buzz of an atmosphere across the island.
Remember August is still peak season, so expect flights to be more expensive, however if you’re heart is set on hot weather and a busy scene then August is the one for you!
Temperatures can range from 26-31 degrees.
September
Things begin to cool down in September, the weather becomes cooler, and the island is less busy – if you’re after a cheap and cheerful holiday September is the one.
For all of you Zante workers, September is arguably the best month to be around, things start to come to a close so make the most of the parties and amazing relationships you have made this summer!

Zante clubs, parties & Bars
Rescue Club
Famously voted as Zante’s no.1 Superclub, Rescue plays host to three massive paint parties a week, and it doesn’t stop there. With a capacity of up to 2,000 party-goers, expect explosions, entertainment from the world famous Firestarter, and club experience that certainly will not be forgotten!
Zero’s Club
A place where fire-eating is the everyday norm, where dancing on the bar is welcome, and you can hear all of the the best chart, dance , and RnB music on the island! One of Zante’s favourite Superclubs, Zeros is situated at the top of the strip, and will, by no means disappoint!
Cherry Bay
Situated at the bottom of Zante’s famous strip, Cherry Bay is not your average bar, the Baywatch-esque themed beach bar backs onto the beautiful beach! Cherry Bay also plays host to the popular, Thailand-inspired, Full Moon Party. So get painted up, grab a cocktail and watch the fireworks and entertainment galore, whilst partying under the moon with your best ones!
Waikiki
If you love RnB, HipHop, grime, and urban music, then Waikiki is the place for you! With a party-heritage of over 20 years, Waikiki knows how to impress, so swing by for the funkiest beats, and hottest parties on the island!
Cocktails & Dreams
Where dreams are made – and cocktails, of course. Found at the very top of the strip, Cocktails and Dreams boasts over 40 delicious cocktails, and is the perfect way to begin your night in Zante. Check out the terrace, for a drink and view like none you’ve experienced before.
Lineker’s Bar
A little slice of England in the heart of Zakynthos. From Gary Lineker’s very own brother, Wayne Lineker, Zante brings you Lineker’s bar. Whether you want a pint, a cocktails, to pre-drink, or to catch the footy match, Lineker’s caters to all.
Wild Coyote
Zante’s only indie bar, is ideal for beginning, or ending your night in a special way. Think giant games of twister, and staff on standby to cater for all your drinking needs!
Central Bar
Central bar loves to recreate the famous Coyote Ugly scene, a bar on fire, featuring a set of beautiful ladies dancing on it. This is well worth visiting not only for the original entertainment, but for the great drink deals too!
G-Spot
With Funky, animalistic interior, and a chilled pre-party vibe, G-Spot boasts some of strip’s most delicious (and lethal) cocktails. Swing by for a few drinks and enjoy the unique atmosphere at none other than Zante’s famous G-Spot.

What’s Zante without a booze cruise? Most holidaymakers will check a booze cruise off their party-bucket-list when visiting Zante, and there are lots to choose from!
